What is included in MyMoon's wedding package?

Our wedding packages include use of the venue, a 3-hour family style dinner or cocktail style reception, standard open bar,  DJ equipment, furniture, couple's suite, dinnerware and staff.

Is the Ceremony included?

Onsite ceremony is not included in the price.

 

What's the capacity?

Our maximum is 166 guests for a seated dinner, 250 (indoors & outdoors; 200 indoors only) for cocktail style receptions.

Do we need a coordinator?

A coordinator is optional. MyMoon provides a day-of coordinator for your wedding, who will coordinate with you and your vendors from the initial contract signing to the end of your celebration.  Should you feel you need a private coordinator to handle your personal planning, we will be more than happy to work with them. Many great coordinators are available on our Preferred Vendors list.

 

Is there a couple's suite?

Yes, we have a couple's suite with air conditioning.

 

Is there room for dancing?

Yes, dancing is part of any celebration if desired.

 

Can we see a floor plan?

Yes, it is available here.

 

Do you have a Preferred Vendors list?

Yes. MyMoon requires that clients select their vendors from our Preferred Vendors list.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, except for the outdoor deck.

 

What if it rains?

Our outside deck is covered by a retractable roof and movable glass walls that can be opened and closed at the push of a button.

 

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, indoors only.

 

Is there music equipment provided?

MyMoon provides a DJ booth with a mixer, wireless mics, surround sound system indoors and out.

 

Are children allowed at the venue?

Yes, children are welcome at MyMoon.

 

Is there a projector and is it included?

Yes, MyMoon has a projector that can be rented at an additional cost.

 

Does MyMoon offer food?

Yes, we are a full-service contemporary Spanish restaurant with many add-ons and menu enhancements available.

 

What is the parking situation for guests?

There are two parking garages in the near vicinity. On-street parking available. 

 

Are there hotels are nearby?

There are several hotels located within walking distance of MyMoon.
